Rigid Set-up Boxes

 

These are boxes that have a top and bottom and are made from rigid materials and wrapped in decoretive papers, printed paper or can be made from plain cardboard.

They add elegance and preteige to any product as well as protection.

Folding Boxes

 

Folding boxes usually start flat and fold together to form a box.

They are generaly used where storage space is an issue.

Folding boxes are used alot in the wine and confectionary industry.

Wrapped with a nice looking paper with some foil stamping applied, they are a good looking package.

Case Wraping

 

Case wrapping is used to wrap around the edges of a flat piece of cardboard.

Most comonly it is used in the manufacturing of game boards, menus, binders and other types of book cover products.

With the addition of rings and foil stamping you get a nice custom binder. 

Die Cutting

 

Die cutting makes use of a steel rule die to cut intricate shapes in cardboard.

Basicly most folding boxes, inserts or any hole in a box is made using die cutting.

 

Vinyl Boxes and Lids

 

Sometimes products can do a good job of selling themselves.

This is where a clear vinyl box or a set-up box bottom with a vinyl lid can make all the difference.

This way graphic lables on bottles or other products can do the pomoting with out going to the expence of additional printing.

Specialty Corrugated Packaging

 

Buy laminating printed paper to corrugated and die cutting, a special look can be given to a package which is strong and durable.

Sometime in certian cases corrugated bottoms can be mixed with set-up box cover for strength and presentation.
